Future models - BMW - Z4BMW Z4 Final Edition announced for EuropeFinal Edition offers BMW Z4 fans a time-limited opportunity to own a future classic27 Nov 2025 By MATT BROGAN BMW has released details of its Z4 Final Edition, the limited-run variant the last of the line for the two-door roadster, and one that may well become a collectors’ item.
Since production of the very first model generation in 2002, BMW’s open-top roadster has attracted customers with its combination of design and dynamics, the upcoming Z4 Final Edition said to do much the same – this time with a number of specific equipment elements aimed at making it extra special.
Before production of the Z4 comes to an end in March 2026, the Final Edition will offer fortunate buyers an “unmistakable personality”, combining exclusive Matt Black paint with M High-gloss Shadowline exterior trim (or Frozen Matt Black as a no-cost option), and M Sport brakes finished in High-Gloss Red.
The red-on-black themeing continues inside the cabin where red interior accenting is found alongside a centre console, door trims and M Sport seats in combination Vernasca leather and Alcantara. These are joined by an M Alcantara steering wheel with contrasting seams, bespoke instrument panel, and specially engraved sill plates.
While Australian arrival of the Z4 Final Edition is yet to be confirmed, BMW has said that it will offer the variant across all variant grades and transmission types within the Europe line-up, including the base sDrive20i, mid-tier sDrive30i, and flagship M40i for an additional €4200 ($A7480).
