News - NissanNissan moves to offer 10-year warrantyTen-year/300,000km warranty and roadside assist plus five-year flat price servicing1 Feb 2025 By MATT BROGAN NISSAN has announced it’s moving to a 10-year/300,000km warranty on all new vehicles sold from January 1 this year.
The service-activated offer, dubbed Nissan More, extends to both private and commercial customers and includes up to 10 years’ roadside assistance and five years’ flat price servicing when servicing within the Nissan network.
To ensure existing Nissan owners can also benefit, the offer will be applied retrospectively to eligible Nissan vehicles purchased new since January 1, 2021.
Nissan vehicles purchased new since that date which have completed all scheduled services with Nissan (at the correct interval/time) automatically qualify for the warranty extension.
Vehicles that have not been serviced with Nissan are able to return to a Nissan Dealer to have a Scheduled Service and a Vehicle Assessment to determine their eligibility to enter the program.
Nissan says its flat price servicing program can save owners up to $1145 over the five-year period, depending on model.
Juke, Pathfinder, Qashqai, and X-Trail owners will pay $399 per service while Navara, Patrol, and Z owners will pay $499 at each service interval. Leaf owners will pay $349 per service.
“With our new Nissan More ownership program including our new 10-year warranty and Flat Price Servicing, we are delivering on our promise to Australian new car buyers,” said Nissan Oceania director of aftersales Michael Hill.
