Penultimate Ora Ultra joins the current line-up, adding more kit including heated front massaging seats, a panoramic roof and a powered tailgate. BEV power is still rated at 126kW/250Nm with 420km range from its 63kWh battery.

Ora is GWM’s all-electric five-door hatch, probably available now from $44,490 drive-away. It undercuts the MG ZS EV by $500 to take the title of Australia’s most-affordable battery electric vehicle (BEV). Two battery options are available: a 48kWh unit with 310km driving range or a 63kWh unit with 420km (WLTP).
