Generational shift ES sedan now offers battery-electric power for the first time, marking one of the most significant shifts yet for the long-running executive sedan. Also available with petrol-electric hybrid powertrain. Flagship fully electric ES 500e utilises AWD.

Subtle but significant enhancements have been made to ES250 and ES300h sedans following a more substantials update last year. Price increases of between $520 and $990 bring more technology and safety items. Prices start at $62,140 plus ORCs.

The updated ES features refreshed looks that mimic the flagship LS limousine and a new petrol engine on the entry level variant.

Lexus is set to release its seventh-generation ES sedan this month which will be offered exclusively with a hybrid powertrain.
